Morning Green Juice

Serves 3-4

Ingredients: ~ 1/2 Cucumber

~ 1/2 Pineapple

~ 1/2 Lime

~ 1 Celery Stalk ~ 3 Apples ~ 2 Cups of Spinach

~ 1/2 Avocado Method: ~ Place all ingredients through a juicer apart from the avocado!

~ Place the juice in a blender with the avocado to thicken it up!

This is my go to green juice! It's absolutely delicious, high in antioxidants and the nutrients are easily absorbed into the body. It's best to drink the juice straight away as the nutrients will start to degrade as soon as it's exposed to the oxygen.
