physical & mental body which anyone can benefit from through consistent & correct practice.
Smaller classes - Classes are designed for all levels with a maximum number of 9 students per class.
My aim as a yoga teacher is to get to know each and every one of my students and to work with them over long periods of time to totally transform their body and their mind, to ultimately be their best self both on and off the mat.
More thriving, not just surviving.
I aim for students to leave class feeling rejuvenated, energised, empowered, informed and being still and content within their mind.
Yoga is not a short fix, it is a lifestyle.
